Searching for a mixer to end all mixers ? I have found the Bosch Mixer to be far and wide the best choice and is rapidly becoming my all time favorite kitchen appliance.
Not only is it great for making my own bread with its dough hook, you can make up to 6 loaves of bread at one time. It offers an attachment for whisking whipping up ingredients for a number of homemade recipes. The large capacity bowl helps enormously.
The Bosch mixer also comes with a blender, the most frequently used item on this machine in the kitchen and it is a plastic blender my concern about breaking is gone. I have found the blender to be the best around for making thick shakes or smoothies with all those frozen fruits and stuff the 700 watts come in handy. With 3 different speeds it give you enough flexibility with a warranty that cannot be beat.
It a bit on the pricey side but I suspect that is not surprising with the durability and reliability as good as they are. Replacing this machine anytime soon does not look like a consideration. It is a high quality mixer, bread machine, and blender all in one, which justifies the price tag. The cost is actually significantly less than if you purchased those items separately.
The mixer is available in most kitchen appliance stores or check out the internet for a mixture of price ranges. In most appliance stores the prices hover around $300 but the product is often put on sale frequently enough to catch a better price. Most consumer reports indicate it is worth the price. Bosch has excellent customer service as well. It is not uncommon to hear that a family member bought the Bosch mixer over 15 years ago and it is still working for them.
